Easy cake cookie. Simple and tasty recipe of cake
A cake is a sweet confectionery from biscuit or dough. These cakes were popular in ancient Rome, but they won popularity in Middle Ages. Beginning with the 16th century, Europe has already known these cakes. In many countries they became a ceremonial dish to be cooked for wedding, Christmas and Easter.
How to cook a cake easily?
Ingredients you need to cook a tasty homemade cake:
- 100 gm of cream or margarine,
- 1 glass of sugar,
- 200 gm of sour cream,
- 2 eggs,
- ½ teaspoon of soda,
- 100 gm of raisins,
- 200 gm of walnuts.
- 8 – 9 tablespoons of flour.
If you want to get well – structured dough for cake and cook light and porous baking, it’s necessary to saturate the dough with oxygen. All you need is to bolt flour before dough kneading.
First of all mix and grind soft butter or margarine with sugar. Then whisk eggs and add sour cream, soda and vanillin. All ingredients should be mixed until you get a uniform mass. They add washed and dried out raisins and chopped kernels of nuts. Mix thoroughly and add flour. The dough has to be stiff.
Oil a fireproof form with margarine and lay out the dough. Level the surface using a spoon and put it in oven for 40 minutes. The main rule is to heat the oven up to 180˚. Homemade cakes are baked under middle temperature.
Take a match to check if it is ready.
When the cake is ready, overturn it on a board, cover with a plate, and turn it over.
A cake cookie with fruit jelly
You will need the next ingredients:
- 175 gm of cream,
- 75 gm of granulated powder,
- 2 eggs,
- 6 – 8 tablespoons of fruit jelly cut in cubes,
- 220 gm of pancake mix,
- 100 gm of seedless light raisins
Blend soft margarine to make it fluffy. Then mix it with sugar till it’s white. Start adding whisked eggs a little at a time and continue blending after adding each portion.
Add fruit jelly, vanillin and raisins (washed and dried out) to the mass. At the end, add flour and make dough.
Oil the form thoroughly with margarine and lay out the dough, level the surface and bake under 180˚C within 1 – 1,5 hours
If it is difficult to take the cake out the form, put it on a wet towel for 5 minutes. Then turn it over on a board. Now the cake should fall off from the form. You can also draw a line along the inner surface of the form using a thin knife.
If you want to check if it is ready, take a wooden dental stick. In case it is dry, take the cake out of oven and let it become cool for 15 – 20 minutes. Take the cake out from the form.
